I spent 50 minutes writing today (7/17), and got 4.25 pages done! 🙂
Today is also my birthday, woo-hoo! As I was writing, I kept wanting to write the year as ’85 or ’86! 🙂
Valerie has an unpleasant encounter with Mick, in which he tries to warn her, saying this could be Jack’s life at stake … and she gets angry with him, feels he is up to his old manipulations and tells him to get out or she’ll call the cops on him.
She speaks with Jack briefly about this, voices her adamant stance on not wanting Mick anywhere near Holly, and ends the phone call abruptly, causing Jack more concern about where their reconciliation and marriage stands.
Today, while decluttering a bin filled with some of my older writings, and celebrity scrapbook pages with magazine clippings, I found a very cool colorful Mead notebook from 1989! The inside pages were blue, and sadly those had all been used up, but the covers are so cool and colorful, I kept them.
It hit me with these covers, I’m going to make a disc bound notebook out of them, and use my Rockstar collage inspiration on the inside flaps. I’m super excited to do this, and so stoked I scored some beautiful paper and deals from Levenger.com on disc bound paper! 🙂
It is so fun to repurpose and create something new. And this Mead 1989 notebook had such groovy and fun colors/patterns, I love it! Too gorgeous to toss, and it’s perfect for my 1980s Rockstar books! 🙂
