Arts and music has value, and needs to be treated as such, not put into a corner or in a box. Artist should be free to create what they feel inspired too, what they like and resonate with – because we’re never the only ones that it does that too, even though it is easy to feel that way. (I know I have before! But Holy Spirit encourages me on). And listen for when we cross a line that we shouldn’t morally/spiritually, so we can remove or revise.
I want to foster and encourage creativity and imagination, in the world, and in my own children one day.
As I read in a FlyLady email recently, “Organization can be learned, but imagination can’t, and we shouldn’t stifle it.”
Next on my writing agenda today, is typing up more of Rock Star Tales #1.
What are you working on that is close to your heart, or perhaps not addressed by many in the art world, but should be?
Here’s to my fellow born creatives! 🙂
