I just finished typing up some more of my book. I went off script tonight! I added another supernatural scene, and a segment that I had wanted to include, and this was the spot to do it. It involved a repressed memory of Jack’s, and some answers, some guidance.
I suppose it would be a step to forgiveness. I’ve heard it talked about before, as an adult about telling your child self who experienced trauma, that they can stop fighting or doing that now, and that its okay to be a child (something along those lines). A sense of being able to move on, and I think perhaps a step towards forgiveness. Jack was able to tell his little self, what he’d needed to hear and to accept.
I hope this makes sense and will make sense to those who read it. I enjoy writing the supernatural parts, and incorporating spiritual warfare into my books, it’s such a topic that needs to be addressed and written about, and fiction (in my opinion and from what I’ve read) rarely addresses this topic, and it’s so important to the believer’s life!
