Spent 30 minutes writing tonight. Apparently, I work well under pressure, I don’t always leave myself a lot of time to write these blogs, as it’s currently 11:40 PM now. Not saying that’s a good thing, I should do these earlier in the day!
Another touching father/daughter moment, we get some insight (and so does Jack), into how Holly felt about him when he first showed up, what she hoped for, and some revelation on her snooping. All of this leading up to, Jack realizing her analogy about the Christmas present was exactly what he wanted and more.
And now we move onto, Jack taking her to Holland, MI., for a nice time/vacation with her…. which he doesn’t know Val is also going to be there! The Woody Wagon is progressing, almost finished in its restoration, in part to Holly and Jack helping Ira with the labor of love project.
In Holland, Dave, will also re-enter the book, as well as certain spunky, beautiful and unique Christine! 🙂
Starting the groundwork for the Holland vacation, made me chuckle as I wrote Holly’s excitement, I was reminded of the age-old question kids ask: “Are we there yet?”
And this song came to me, as well, so I’m including in here:
