I have some more typed up from my handwritten draft/copy. Into Chapter 15 now, and up to 5/14 writings from my notebook!

A newborn baby is left on Jack’s door step. A baby with a problem larger than him, and a concerning note attached. It turns out the mother is closer than he realizes, and the father is a dangerous man, but it’s not who Jack originally thinks–it’s worse!

This baby causes misgivings and heartache between him and his wife, Valerie, who had turned a corner in their reconciliation at this point, and she fears the child is his.
