Working on revising and continuing the new addition scene. I think this may be the longest flashback I’ve written in the story!

Teen Valerie has told teen Jack she is pregnant, after learning that Allan had stolen his saved up money. Jack is angry and distraught over what Allan did, as he was saving that for them to start their life together. At this, Valerie has suggested they go to her parents.

Jack is very nervous and anxious about that, as he feels her parents don’t like him, and that this will make it even more so, once they learn their daughter is pregnant.

Trying to write a train analogy into this, as Val’s dad, Ira, suspects this is the case, and I want to write a train analogy for him confirming it, with Jack.

I’m cutting it close to the wire with this blog! So quickly wanted to get it up, before midnight, and then I’m going to go back to my book for a bit! 🙂
